- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) intends to solicit for full-line produce support for various DoD and non-DoD facilities located in Virginia (Zone 1), North Carolina (Zone 2) and South Carolina (Zone 3). DSCP anticipates making one award per zone. Each zone will be evaluated and awarded separately from the other zones. The resultant contract period will be for an eighteen (18) month base period and three (3) eighteen(18) month Government options. The eighteen (18) month estimated dollar values are as follows: Zone 1: Virginia is $6,900,000, Zone 2: North Carolina is $9,400,000 and Zone 3: South Carolina is $6,400,000. A more detailed listing of the delivery sites and estimated dollar values for each site can be found at: http://www.dscp.dla.mil/subs/produce/pv/index.htm Although the exact performance date has yet to be firmly established, each contact is expected to commence prior to 01 October 2006. Each zone within the solicitation will be set-aside for small business. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by DSCP. NOTE: SYNOPSIS HEREBY AMENEDED TO INCLUDE NEW ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE OF 17 MAY 2006.
