Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is W90KMT-6123-6001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by May 31, 2006, 4:00 p.m. (EST). The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332439. The United States Property and Fiscal Office of the Oregon Army National Guard is soliciting quotes t o procure the following supply or services: CLIN 0001 Twelve (12)-40 ft new or refurbished storage containers. The storage container (connex) will consist of the following dimensions and fabrications. 40 ft. steel container fabricated from 14 in gauge steel with outside dimensions of approximat ely 40 ft. X 8.5 ft X 8 ft 1 in. Container frames should as a minimum be constructed with 6-8 gauge steel. Each container is to have four (4) each rollup doors that are six (6) feet wide, lockable with side bolt on the side of the container. There is to be three (3) partitions, one (1) between each door, constructed of 14 gauge steel and are to be bolted and welded to the sides. The floors are to be approximately 1 inch treated hardwood. Each container is to be painted inside and out in a beige color. E ach container is to be weatherproof. One (1)-40 ft storage containers will be delivered to HQ 82 Cav, 875 SW Simpson Ave, Bend, OR 97702-3113 One (1)-40 ft storage containers will be delivered to Troop B 82nd (RSTA) 350 W. Maple Street, Lebanon, OR 97355 One (1)-40 ft storage containers will be delivered to HHC 2-162 INF BN, 2515 Martin Luther King Blvd, Eugene, OR 97401 Three (3)-40 ft storage containers will be delivered to Co B 41st, 6700 SW Oak Street, Portland, OR 97223-1124 Four (4)-40 ft storage containers will be delivered to HHC 41st, 6700 SW Oak Street, Portland, OR 97223-1124 Two (2)-40 ft storage containers will be delivered to HHC 2-162 Inf Bn FMS, 3110 Pierce Parkway, Springfield, OR 97477 The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contra ctors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minim um of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items and provision or DFAR 252.212-7000 Offeror Reps and Certs with their offer. NOTE, in accordance with FAC 2001-2 6, Offerors are required to complete representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. Offerors also must submit specifications for the product you are offering and at a minimum 3 past performance references. See below for procedu res in submitting these references. Offerors that fail to furnish the required representation information or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items (Jan 1999) (a) Th e Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the lowest priced offer which is both technically acceptable and shows satisfactory past performance.
