- DESCRIPTION Military Hospitals- (Army, Navy, and Air Force) TRICARE Region Europe is considering standardizing and establishing a Regional Incentive Agreement (s) (RIA (s) for General Wound Care: Prep Pads, Towelettes, Swab sticks and Wipes. This is not a request fo r bids but an invitation to participate in a product line review process that will result in a selection of vendor(s) to provide this product line to MTFs within the European Region. Vendors must be able to provide a full line of product and meet regional product volume requirements; provide representatives and product for vendor demonstrations at no charge to the government; and conduct product in-services for medical facility staff as needed. MILITARY HOSPITALS - TRICARE Europe Region, a military integrated delivery network, comprised of Army, Navy and Air Force medical facilities in Iceland, Great Britain, Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, and Turkey. ELIGIBILITY WILL BE DEPENDENT ON THE FOLLOWING: 1. A list of clinical criteria and instructions will be provided to vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers who are willing to participate. These vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers must be holders of a Distribution And Pricing Agreement (DAPA) with the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP), distribute products through the DSCP Prime Vendor (PV) program, and carry a full line of product for the items being considered. A company must be a DAPA Holder to participate in our standardization process. Skin pads, towelettes, swab sticks, and wipes have perfumes or substances that are non-irritating to the skin. 30. Skin pads, towelettes, swab sticks, and wipes products can be used for adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations. 31. Baby wipes are alcohol free. 32.
