Description

The Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) has a requirement to procure Information Technology support for the COLTS logistics system utilized by Robotic Systems Joint Project Office (RS JPO). The system is utilized as a web based logistics tracking and support system and provides the RS JPO the ability to react real time to supply spare parts/components, new robotic systems, and replacement robotic systems for all robotic platforms deployed worldwide in support of contingency operations. It is a critical war fighter system and the RS JPO must have 100% un-interrupted service with on-site access to the system 24 hours a day. The support requires and intimate and operational knowledge of maintaining and upgrading the COLTS application and the RS JPO?s server system, and modifying the existing secured web code interface to allow for data transfer over secured military communications networks. This is to announce PEO STRI?s intent to award a sole source contract to T&W Operations LLC for (1) year of initial support with (3) one-year options. T&W Operations LLC., is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that has been providing this support to the RS JPO for the past year and is the only known company capable of providing the required support and sustainment capability for this support. A response to this synopsis is not required.
