Description

This solicitation is for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for all services necessary required to carry out the design, supply and testing of equipment, construction, installation and commissioning activities necessary to provide new, fully functional 132kV line for ET-700 ?GBAZD-061 Nasiriya-Shatre 132kV Double Circuit OHL further defined in Section C (SoW). NOTES FOR SUBMITTED PROPOSALS: 1. All proposals shall have a total price in Block 17. 2. Offerors must sign in block 20B and date in block 20C. 3. Additional submission guidelines are contained in Section L of this solicitation and must be strictly adhered to. 4. Proposals not conforming will be considered non-responsive and rejected. 5. Email Proposals to JCC-I/A Electrical Sector at JCCI_Electricity2@pco-iraq.net. 6. Email questions to JCCI_Electricity2@pco-iraq.net. Include W91GXY-06-R-0054 in the subject line. The estimated magnitude of this construction effort is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. All Proposals expected to be posted on rebuilding Iraq website by 28 May 06.
