1650-00-313-4901, Head, Linear, Actuati, Rights Guard Applies. A Boeing Rights guard technical data package (TDP) exists for this NSN. Prior to obtaining a copy of the TDP, a completed DSCR Form P42 certification for the use of rights guard technical data must be submitted to Defense Supply Center, Richmond, Attn: DSCR-VADC (Rights Guard Program), Richmond, VA 23297-5604. P42 form and TDP are available at the following dSCR Website: https://RIC1S-C025.dscr.dla.mil/TDMD ***NOTE***the website listed above is the only approved website for obtaining rights guard data. An Export Control tDP exists for this NSN. The TDP will only be released to export control certified requestors. Eligible requestors should submit TDP requests via the following websiteL https://dbi.dscc.dla.mil. If export control certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement from Deffense Logistics Services Center, www.dlis.dla.mil. Award is anticipatged of an Indefinite Quantity Control for a base plus four option years. A guarantee will apply to the base period. Quantities are varied and are listed on the solicitation. This is a 100% service disabled veteran owned small business set aside (SDVOSB).
