- Description
- The contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and licenses, necessary to perform a 100% pedestrian archaeological survey of approximately 2000 acres on the North Kaibab Ranger District, Kaibab National Forest. The overall contract performance period is one year from the date of award. The geographical setting for the SOUTH SLIDE ARCHAEOLOGICAL SURVEY is located in the following described area: all or portions of legal location T37N, R1W, Sections 6-8; T37N, R2W, Sections 1-3 and 10-12; T38N, R2W, Sections 34-36. Project is located on USGS 7.5??? Quadrangles Toothpick Ridge and Sowats Spring. The South Slide project area encompasses approximately 3000 acres. The Contractor will be expected to survey approximately 2000 contiguous acres within the project area. Depending on available funding, up to 1000 additional within the overall South Slide project area may be added to the contract award.
