- Description
- This amendment answers questions submitted to NIST. Three (3) questions were submitted. The questions are posted with associated answers after each question. Question: #1) Is the controller required to run both pumps? Answer: Yes. The controller(s) shall be able to operate both pumps simultaneously. We can have either one controller with two HV outputs or two controllers to control two pumps separately. Question: #2) Are the specifications for the controller correct? Should it run both pumps....1000 watts power (500 watts each channel)? Answer: The controller(s) (either one or two controllers) should have enough power to operate both pumps simultaneously. Question: #3) Are dimensional specs required? .... is less than 8.15 inches pump height an accurate "requirement?? Answer: Yes. These pumps will be used to replace existing pumps and dimensions are required. The pump height requirement/specification is restated: height of pump less than 10 inches.
