- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) will be soliciting proposals to provide Assistance to the Technical Assistance Branch (TAB) for New and In-progress Program Activities, under the Division of Training and Technical Assistance (DTTA), HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) in support of the newly reauthorized Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resources Emergency (CARE) Act. The Statement of Work (SOW) and Tasks described in this document are of an annual repetitive nature. Only the content of the documents to be produced, but not the quantity, will vary. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Award of a contract resulting from this solicitation is restricted to small businesses under NAICS code 541611. Thus the Tasks of the base year contract will essentially continue into Option Years 1-4, should the Government elect to fund them. Note Number 1 applies. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 30, 2006. It will be available at the Government website at www.fbo.gov under HHS, Health Resources and Services Administration, Posted Dates. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the site for amendments to the solicitation. The agency will consider proposals from all responsible sources.
