- The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 22 Logistics Office intends to procure on a sole source basis from Motorola Incorporated, 4515 Seton Center Parkway #330, Austin, Texas 78759,the following proprietary items: EnterprisePlanner Suite InBuilding Software (initial one year license), EnterprisePlanner Suite InBuilding Software Annual Maintenance & License, EnterprisePlanner Flex License Server (Initial One Year License), Indoor Networks Software Product Training (two Days), Indoor Networks Advanced Software Product Training (One Day); for the VA San Diego Healthcare System, 11201 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, California 92161-0002. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. All proposals received by 3:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time; May 19, 2006 will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated date of award is May 22, 2005.
