Description: *****This is a combined synopsis & solicitation*** The service is from date of award to end of this fiscal year and four option years. The service is for a contractor to provide all labor and materials required to perform boiler check, test of all electrical switch gears, breakers/transfer switches in accordance with the statement of work.
