- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following item: Services, non-personal : Contractor to furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide : Services to purchase and deliver a direct replacement Ingersoll Rand air compressor. The contractor will reconnect all air lines, electrical and all air intake / exhaust duct work to and from the unit. The old Ingersoll Rand Air Compressor is inoperative and needs to be replaced immediately. Information on unit : Made by Ingersoll Rand, rotary air compressor, model # EP 200, serial # F11143U95018. Voltage 460, 3 phase. 292.6 full load amps. Quantity 1, Unit of issue Ea. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synposis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) F4D3D96094A400. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06 and DFARS Change Notice 20040625. North American Industrial Classification Standard 333912, Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery: Bldg 8250, Vandenberg AFB, Ca. 93437 .The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal.
