Description

Awardee shall furnish all labor, transportation and equipment and perform all operations in connection with Medical Coding, Abstracting and Data Entry services at David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 15 May 2006. Request for Proposal Number FA4427-06-R-0004 will be electronically available only via the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov) on or about 12 June 2006 with a close date of 12 July 2006. The contract shall encompass one (1) basic year period with four (4) one (1) year option periods. No telephone requests will be honored.
