- Vendor shall furnish Commercial Service: 1) Perform annual boiler and vessel inspection for HIGH PRESSURE steam and hot water boilers throughout Fort Lewis, WA, as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and as identified in Technical Exhibit 1. 2) Perform annual cleaning and removal of all debris, soot and scale from boiler tubes, flues, baffles, breaching, tube sheets, and chimneys from approximately 116 LOW PRESSURE steam and hot water boilers throughout Fort Lewis, WA, as described in the Per formance Work Statement (PWS), and as identified in Technical Exhibit 2. 3) Perform annual boiler and vessel inspection for approximately 116 LOW PRESSURE steam and hot water boilers throughout Fort Lewis, WA, as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and as identified in Technical Exhibit 2. 4) Submit annual contractor manpower reports in accordance with paragraph 1.3, PWS. Reporting period is 01 June 2006 through 30 September 2006. Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized for this procurement. A request for quotations (RFQ) will be issued. The RFQ number is W911S8-06-T-0012. This requirement is Unrestricted. NAICS Code: 238220 with a Size Standard of $12M. Telephonic re quests will not be accepted. The Request For Quotation, will be issued in FEDBIZOPPS and the Request For Quotation (RFQ), Performance Work Statement (PWS), and Technical Exhibits TE1 and TE2 will be available for download at the Fort Lewis Contracting Of fice web site located at http://www.lewis.army.mil/doc. All vendors responding to the Solicitation must provide business size, Dun and Bradstreet number, Tax ID number and Cage code, if it is available. Vendors who submit quotes must be registered in th e Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov to be considered for contract award.
