- The U.S.Army has a requirement to provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to renovate rooms R233 through R235 in building 3 located at the Soldier System Center, Kansas Street, Natick, Massachusetts 01760. The renovation shall include, b ut not be limited to, asbestos abatement, new ceiling, lights,and paint walls. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. The small business size standard is $28.5 million. The government envisions the use of a firm fixed price contract. The magnitude of the project is betwwen $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Drawings will be provided at the site visit to be held on 6 June 2006 at 9:00AM. Period of performance is 45 calendar days. This requirement is subject to the Davis Bacon Act.
