Description: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, transportation and equipment necessary to modify and construct a New Lift Station at building 8333 Fort Dix, New Jersey in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings . The period of performance is two hundred seventy days after the Notice to Proceed. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standar d for this procurement are 236220, 1542, $31,000,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 19.1305, this acquisition is set aside for competition restricted to HUBZone small business concerns. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. Eligible HUBZone firms shall request a solicitation package in writing.
