- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the US Army Information Technology Agency (ITA) intends to award a Sole Source contract (IAW 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source) to Spirent Federal Systems, 22345 La Palma Ave, Suite 105, Yorb a Linda, CA 92887. The objective of this contract is to provide renewal to the annual License and Maintenance Support contract with Spirent. This contract provides ITA with the necessary Licenses and Maintenance support to provide advance relplacements f or HW failures, SW/ Fw upgrades, priority support and access to the Customer Support Center. The Period of Performance will be one (1) year from the date of award. This notice is NOT a request for proposals. The Government will not issue a solicitation. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award is anticipate d no later than 31 May 2006.
