- CMM Software Retrofit. Retrofitting CMM's VA-98-02, VA-86-02, VA-87-03, VA-86-01, VA-94-04, VA-94-04, VA-94-03, to PCDMIS CAD at the Watervliet Arsenal in accordance with Equipment Engineering Specification 7-07-J052 dated April 6, 2006 The contracto r will perform the majority of the rebuild at the Watervliet Arsenal located in Watervliet, NY 12189. Evaluation will be based on technical capability as determined by responses to statement of compliance. Offerors are encouraged to perform a site visit to evaluate the machine and functionality of the systems involved in this project. Site visit instructions will be included in the solicitation. Solicitation W911PT-06-Q-0218 will be posted on May 15, 2006 and will close June 6, 2006. Anticipated award date is on or before June 22, 2006 award will be made contingent upon funding.
