This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.? Solicitation No. RMN00060095 herein is cited as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The commercial items policies of FAR Part 12 will be used in conjunction with the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13. Solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-07(b). This acquisition is a small business set-aside. NACIA Code: 324121 , Small Business Size Standard: 500 employees . (Description): 1. 3/4? Hot Mix Asphalt, see specifications below. Description: 3/4? Hot Mix Asphalt, Type C ; Quantity: 400 Ton; Unit Price: $__________; Quote Amount: $____________. Quotation shall include the complete purchase price of the above item including delivery charges and all applicable taxes. Item Description/Specifications: Furnish and deliver ?? Hot Mix Asphalt, which shall conform to Table 703.4, Type C and Section 402, Minor Hot Asphalt Concrete, of the Standard Specifications for Construction of Road and Bridge on Federal Highways Project (FP-96). A mix design shall be submitted for approved, which should meet the requirements for Hot Asphalt pavement, Class A, Grading B. Deliver FOB destination to Bureau of Indian Affairs, Western Navajo Agency, Division of Transportation, Tuba City, Arizona. FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commerical Items (including any addenda), applies to this acquisition. Award will be made at a fair and reasonable price to the responsive and responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the requirements herein will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Quoter shall include with their quote a completed copy of FAR Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items (including any addenda), applies to this acquisition.
