Description: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites quotes on a solicitation for the removal and replacement of three roofs (2 residential and one fish holding building) at the Harrison Lake National Fish Hatchery, located in Charles City, VA. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any size business. Work includes, but is not limited to: remove existing asphalt shingles, felt and flashing. Furnish and install complete and in place all labor, materials and equipment required to complete all fiberglass base 3-tab asphalt shingle roofing, including all caulking, felt, roof vents, flashing and counter flashing, cricket installation, chimney crown installation, and re-pointing of cracked and defective mortar on the chimneys. Estimated magnitude is Not to Exceed $25,000. Solicitation issue date is on or about 05/19/2006. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
