Description

In accordance with OMB Circular A-76 (Revised May 29, 2003), the Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), a bureau of the Department of the Interior, announces a streamlined competition on administrative/clerical commercial functions in our Albuquerque, NM Region 2 Headquarters Office. Approximately twenty-four Government personnel currently perform these functions. As required by OMB Circular A-76, we will compare the cost of the Government's most efficient organization to private sector offers. The projected end date for the competition is 135 days from the date of this announcement. The NAICS code is 561110. The Department of Interior Competitive Sourcing Official is P. Lynn Scarlett, Assistant Secretary, Policy, Management and Budget. The FWS Competitive Sourcing Official is Denise Sheehan, Assistant Director - Budget, Planning and Human Resources. The Contracting Officer is James McCaffery. The Agency Tender Official (ATO) is Nancy Gloman. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME
