Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, Oregon, has a requirement for the Carlsbad Fish and Wildlife Office, Carlsbad, CA 92011 for Environmental Consulting Services, Seabird Surveys, As part of the Montrose Settlements Restoration Program, the Montrose Trustee Council (which includes the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service) is funding several seabird restoration projects in the Channel Islands, including the project Restore Seabirds to Scorpion and Orizaba Rocks. The Scope of Work covers the initial work of collecting baseline monitoring information for seabirds on these rocks and minimum qualifications. Solicitation number: 801816Q173 may be viewed thru a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at "http://www.fedbizopps.gov" or "http://www.nbc.gov". No further notice will be posted on FedBizopps. Due to the immediacy of this project, the solicitation response date will be approximately 7 days from posting date.
