- The U. S. Department of the Interior, National Business Center, intends to make a firm-fixed price, sole source award to Innovation Associates, Inc, Johnson City, NY. GovWorks/DOI intends to issue a Purchase Order in accordance with FAR Part 13.3, Simplified Acquisition Methods and 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. (Please refer to solicitation info at www.govworks.gov RFQ-1406-04-06-AN-62233 for Sole Source Justification.) This non-competitive action is being issued by GovWorks under the authority of the U. S. Department of Interior Franchise Fund on behalf of the 305th MDG/SGSL, McGuire AFB. The McGuire AFB Pharmacy Services has a requirement to upgrade the existing PharmASSIST Linear Robotic Dispensing System. The pharmacy currently has an older model and it has been determined that upgrading this system will be more cost effective than replacing the entire system. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Special Notice is for informational purposes only.
