Description
This modifies the "Description" information, as such, the synopsis is modified to add the following: For selection criterion (4), the Government will evaluate each firm?s past performance rating(s) from the Architect-Engineer Contract Administration Support System during the evaluation process, which can affect the selection outcome. In support of the subcontracting plan requirement, A-E firms are advised that the Government-wide goals for the total value of all prime contracts per fiscal year are 23% to SB, 5% each to SDB and WOSB, and 3% each to HUBZoneSB and SDVOSB concerns. In addition, the NAVFAC PACIFIC FY07 subcontracting targets in terms of dollar value of subcontracts are 76.07% to SB, 15.88% to SDB, 14.22% to WOSB, 1.29% to HUBZone SB, and .13% to SDVOSB concerns. Extent to which firms identify and commit to utilize small businesses (SB), small disadvantaged businesses (SDB), women-owned small businesses (WOSB), historically underutilized business zone small businesses (HUBZoneSB), and service disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB) in the performance of this contract, whether as a prime contractor, joint-venture, teaming arrangement or subcontractor will also be considered. A-E firms are reminded that in order to receive proposal evaluation benefit as SDB or HUBZoneSB either as prime or sub-consultant, proposed SDB?s and HUBZoneSB?s must be certified by the Small Business Administration. Prime contractors may determine whether a prospective subconsultant is a certified SDB or HUBZoneSB by accessing the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov.
