- The Navy intends to negotiate, using simplified acquision procedures, on a sole source basis with Ares Corporation of Arlington, VA for additional professional services to develop a strategic risk assessment process, to include evaluation of risks and gaps identified by the Joint Capability and Integration and Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process, to include specific Analyses on the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) mission areas.
