- The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to award a sole-source Firm Fixed Price contract, using simplified acquisition procedures, for the below listed items to PGW Defense Technologies Inc., #6-59 Scurfield Blvd., Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada R3Y 1V2. Items: #1 M40 Accessory Rail Qty: 800 The M40 Accessory Rail designed and manufactured by PGW Defense Technologies Inc. has been identified as the only accessory rail that meets the Marine Corps needs. No RFP is available for competitive bidding, however interested parties are encouraged to submit a statement of capability for satisfying this requirement no later than 3PM EST on 30 May 2006 to Mr. Larry Gillman, larry.gillman@usmc.mil or Ms. Marie Raglind, marie.raglind@usmc.mil. See Notes 1 and 22. The applicable NAICS code for this effort is 332999. The expected period of performance for this contract is 60 to 150 days from date of contract. The anticipated total contract amount is approximately $190,000.00.
