- GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 9,667 rentable square feet yielding 8,406 ANSI/BOMA area square feet of contiguous office and related space on the second story or above in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Space must be within three (3) blocks of the United States Courthouse, located at 400 S Phillips Avenue. Eleven (11) total reserved parking spaces are required immediately adjacent to the building, at least six (6) of these spaces must be structured/covered. Visitor parking should be available on-site. Access to public transportation must be available within one (1) block. Space must meet the Federal Government?s standards for fire safety, be fully handicapped-accessible, and be located outside the 100-year floodplain. Buildings listed on the Historic National Register of Historic places, potentially eligible for the National Register or within a Historic District are encouraged to offer. If you desire to submit a location for inspection, please forward information by May 24, 2006.
