- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 4,570 rentable square feet, 4,009 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Subleases are not acceptable. DELINEATED AREA: The space will be located within the following boundaries: Western Corridor: Front Street in Red Bank Northern Corridor: State Highway 36 to Broadway in Long Branch East to West, & Southern Corridor: Jagged route from Front Street in Red Bank, South on Branch Avenue to Broad Street and on to Branch Avenue REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. A minimum of 8 reserved parking spaces are required. The offeror must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. LEASE TERM: The term is for five (5) years.
