- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is H92244-06-Q-0087 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-09 effective 19 April 2006. This procurement is Unrestricted and the associated NAICS code is 561621. The list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure procured are as follows: CLIN 0001 Intrinsically Safe PIR, Quantity 4 each CLIN 0002 Weather Tight Enclosure, Type 4X, EMC, Quantity 3 each CLIN 0003 Lift Rental (ie 46 Ft Telescopic Boom) for 1 Month, Quantity 1 Lot CLIN 0003 Miscellaneous Consumables (ie connectors, j-boxes, resistors, termination modules, mounting brackets, spacers, termination blocks), Quantity 1 Lot The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (Jan 2006) applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items (Jan 1999) applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price considered. The following factor shall be used to evaluate offers: price. The provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Mar 2005) applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items (Sep 2005) applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders (Feb 2006) applies to this acquisition. DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (Jun 2005) will be completed and submitted with the proposal. All FAR representations and certifications shall be submitted through Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (Dec 2005).
