- The Bureau of Prisons is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community based outpatient substance abuse treatment services in Rockville, Maryland located on the bus line for male and female Federal offenders (inmates) held under the authority of various United States Statutes. Performance period under this contract will be for a one year base period to begin on October 1, 2006 with four (4) one year option periods, with service ending (if all option years are renewed) on September 30, 2011.
