Description

DSCC is soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for Electronic Spare Parts with the FSC 6145 to include Power cables, Electrical wire and Circuit breakers; I/A/W the following QPLS:QPL-17-185, QPL-915-68, QPL-17361-39, QPL-24640-26, QPL-24643-26. This solicitation is for the procurement of QPL items manufactured by numerous approved manufacturers (see note: 9). A complete list of the NSNs and descriptions can be found in solicitation which will be posted on the DSCC DIBBS web-site at hhttp://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. This solicitation will close on or about 29 June 2006. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times, at the discretion of the Government. The solicitation will not be available until the issue date. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the Basic year one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed five (5) years. Small Business size standard is 500 employees. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
