Description

NRCS is seeking quotes for award of a fixed-price contract to make repairs to a raised wood-frame office building damaged during Hurricane Katrina. Work shall include the removal and replacement of exitsting wall, windows, doors, interior paneling, exterior siding, miscellaneous electrical switches and outlets, and adding diagonal bracing to existing roof trusses. The building is located in Galliano, Louisiana. Work shall be accomplished in accordance with construction plans and specifications to be provided with the request for quotes (RFQ), which will be issued approximately 15-days from the date of this notice. Performance time is 30 calendar days after issuance of notice to proceed. Price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Information concerning a site showing will be included in for RFQ. All responsible offers are invited to submit an offer which will be considered by the agency.
