Description: NRCS is seeking bids for award of a fixed-price contract to install approximately 12,600 linear feet of precast concrete pile and panel walls as bayou rim restoration to the western bank of Bayou Perot in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. Major items of work include approximately 140,000 cubic yards of excavation for flotation, 671 each precast concrete prestressed piles, 657 each precast concrete prestressed panels, and approximately 16,100 tons of surface coarse aggregate. Performance period is 407 calendar days. The IFB (solicitation package) will be issued approximately 15 days from the date of this notice. Price range is between $5 million and $10 million. Information concerning a site showing details will be included in the IFB. All responsible offers are invited to submit an offer which will be considered by the agency.
