Description

The US Government has a requirement for purchase and delivery of various Defense Commissary Agencies-Europe supplies for delivery within Germany over five (5) year ordering period. Samples are required for Government testing purposes. ITEM 0001: Bag, food-genuinely plastic, made of 100 % high density poly-ethylene (HPDE), T-Shirt style, shall be free of toxic elements, and be degradable in compliance with any applicable Federal, State, and Host Nation law. The wording in upper case: "REUSE OR RECYCLE THIS BAG" or the applicable recycling code shall be imprinted with water- soluble paint on each bag. Also, the warning words: "WARNING: TO AVOID DANGER OF SUFFOCATION, KEEP THIS PLASTIC BAG AWAY FROM BABIES AND CHILDREN. DO NOT USE IN CRIBS, CARRIAGES, OR PLAY PENS. THIS BAG IS NOT A TOY. REUSE OR RECYCLE THIS BAGS." Color: White Size: 300 x 200 x 500 mm Note: The permissible variation shall not exceed: + 1 % Thickness: min. 18 micron Imprint: one-sided, one-color Carrying capacity: min. 15 kg PACKAGING: Packaging shall be 1000 ea. bags per box and/or IAW (in accordance with) Commercial Standard Practice to be delivered on EURO- or Non-returnable pallets Initial contract start is 01 October 2006 through 20 September 2006, with a four (4) one-year periods.
