Description

Requirement contract for electrical distribution system, 12 month base period with four (4) twelve (12) option periods. Work consist of but not limited to: Remove existing pole/pad mounted transformer(s), wire and other equipment or pole(s), and rei nstall Government furnished Transformer(s) or other equipment of pole as required. Remove existing concrete pad or repair or construct new, and install new or used transclosure or chain link fence enclosure over the pad(s). Contractor shall do testing, c alibrate adjust or testing, assessment and repair of all equipment, power lines, or supports, etc., complete in 12.47/7.2 Electrical Distribution system. Furnish and install new poles, insulators, brackets or mounts, conductors, guys and accessories, etc. Aggregate, or concrete pavement, pad, and finishing with seeding and mulching as required. Contractor(s) shall be experienced in high voltage distribution power lines. All materials supplied by the contractor(s) shall be specified to conform to the sta ndard of UL, ANSI, IEEE and NEMA. All field tests shall be as per current Safety and NEC regulations Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Busine ss size, NAICS 238210 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $13 million.
