Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment for the collection and disposal of of all refuse generated at Letterkenny Army Depot. The Contract will be for a base year and four option years. The estimated annual quantity for Contractor haul ed is 2,000 tons. The Contract period will begin 1 October 2006 for the Base Year.
