Description

Removal of current elevator in the east wing of Bldg 62, Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL and replacement with a new hydraulic elevator. The work includes construction of rooms adjoining the elevator hoistway, installation of smoke damper in roo f, new 2-hour rated hoistway from ground to roof. Estimated issue date is 19 Jun 06. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, t he Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
