This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage Code 97499, because the r ights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged t o identify themselves.
