Description

Upper Green Recreation Site: Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, material, equipment, supplies and permits necessary to recondition eight miles of road and three miles of spur roads including: grading, excavation and embankment, topsoil removal and placement, clearing and grubbing, seeding, and the hauling and placement of aggregate base and crushed aggregate surfacing. Work also includes installation of culverts, cattle guards, fencing, boulder barriers, picnic tables, fire rings and toilet removal. The project is located in Sublette County, Wyoming approximately 20 miles northwest of Pinedale, Wyoming. The estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The anticipated period of performance is 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds - 100% of the contract price. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Bidders will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their bids. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about May 31, 2006. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation, and register or update their registration at the Online Representation and Certification Application website at http://orca.bpn.gov.
