San Francisco Service Center (9PFE-S), 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94102-3434 DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing approximately 8,100 rentable square feet of contiguous office and related space yielding a minimum of 6,723 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (previously usable) to a maximum of 7,395 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and one (1) parking space for the Government?s exclusive use. TENANT: Social Security Administration (SSA). LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area within Santa Cruz, California: Water Street (Northern Boundary), River Street/Front Street (Eastern Boundary), Lincoln Street/Soquel Avenue (Southern Boundary) and Chestnut Street (Western Boundary). Both sides of boundary streets shall be considered. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm. REQUIRED: Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern, office space. The space must be altered to meet the Government?s requirements, must be fully serviced, must be fully accessible in accordance with ADA standards, and must conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards).
