*THIS IS AN UPDATED POST OF A PREVIOUS SOLICITATION NOTICE NUMBER 5VA0326 POSTED DECEMBER 2, 2005 and SOLICITATION NOTICE 5VA0326A POSTED JANUARY 2, 2006. * THIS NOTICE INCREASES THE SIZE REQUIREMENT TO BETWEEN 10,000USF ? 20,000USF. The Federal Govt. is interested in leasing approximately 10,000USF ? 20,000 USF of office and related space in Newport News, VA. On site inside covered reserved parking for 20-40 official vehicles. Lease term is 10 years, 5 years firm. Existing buildings shall have a 20-foot stand-off distance from curb line to the fa?ade of the building. Special requirements: 20-40 on site inside covered secured parking spaces (inside parking preferred) 5 antennas plus 1 antenna by Lessor. Floor loading for 20 safes, weighing approximately 850-1,000 lbs each. Daytime cleaning 3rd Fl. or higher (18ft. above ground level) The Delineated Area is as follows: North ? Route 173 (Denbigh Blvd.) ; South ? Route 312 (J. Clyde Morris Blvd.) to the intersection of Route 143/Route 17; East ? Route 17 (George Washington Memorial Highway); West - Route 60(Warwick Blvd.) The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
