Description

This is a pre-solicitation notification for solicitation no. GS09P06KSD3015 for grounds maintenance service at the U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building, 312 North Spring Street, Los Angeles, CA. This is a Performance Based Statement of Work (PBSOW). The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment and interpersonal skills necessary to ensure the effective performance of grounds maintenance services. Also requires that the contractor provide an on-going dialogue with the designated government representative. The contract period will consist of one base year with four (4) one (1) year options with an estimated start date of August 1, 2006. This is a negotiated procurement that is open to small business only. The North American Industry Classificaiton System (NAICS) code is 561730. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and/or additional information. As required by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) all vendors are required to use the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in federal solicitations as part of the proposal submission.
