Description

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency intends to contract by other than full and open competition utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures (SAP) with the Boeing Company. Contract will be awarded for the development and instruction of one specialized training session with an option for one additional session. Optional session shall include any updates. NGA has a requirement for technical training of analysts who are responsible for the analysis of foreign cruise missile and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems. The training is proposed to take the form of a Cruise Missle and UAV design course targeted at analysts with a primarily Liberal Arts background. The course will be a one week external training opportunity for approximately 15 NGA analysts. Course material shall be unclassified. Course material shall also be drafted and approved by the Government no later than 1 October 2006. Initial session shall begin 30 days after Govt. approval of the course content. The Option may be exercised 180 days after completion of the initial session. Course instructor(s) must possess a current SCI SI/TK clearance. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry. The North American Industry Classification System Code, (NAICS) for this requirement is 611710.
