Description

This is notice of intent to negotiate and award a sole source firm fixed priced purchase order to Enhanced Performance Systems Inc., 110 University Avenue, San Diego, CA 92130 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 to procure 1000 each of The Attentional and Interpersonal Style (TAIS) Survey Sheets, 1180 each metered TAIS Winning Minds Assessment for Military ?digital tokens? report administration processing fee, and 10000 each of Wonderlic Personnel Test Form 1 (Item Number WPT-1-1K) answer sheets. This notice is not a request for offers. The anticipated date of award is 25 May 2006. The contractor identified is the only known source for the subject requirement. Responses to this notice will be used to determine if bona fide competition exists. Any such responses must be in writing and include technical and pricing information. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. However, determination to compete or not compete this procurement action is solely the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received not later than 4:00 pm EST on 20 May 2006. No extensions will be granted. The Government will not pay for any information submitted. Only electronic submission will be accepted. No telephone responses will be accepted. The point of contact for this requirement is Mr. John E.
