Description

Provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision to Modify Energy Management Control System, United States Tax Court, 400 Second Street, NW, Washington, DC. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded for the services. The estimated cost range for the project is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses. The NAIC Code is 238290 and the small business size standard is $13,000,000.00. The solicitation issuance date is March 13, 2006; and the solicitation due date is April 12, 2006. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically and on CD-ROM. You may access the solicitation documents at the Federal Business Opportunities Web Site Home Page: http://www.fbo.gov. However, the construction project drawings will be available on CD-ROM only. Potential bidders may pick-up a CD-ROM copy of the construction project drawings on March 13, 2006 at the General Services Administration, National Capital Region, Regional Office Building, Bid Room, Room 1065, 7th & D Streets, SW, Washington, DC 20407, at a non-refundable cost of $10.00 per CD-ROM copy. Payment should be made by check or money order payable to the General Services Administration. A receipt will be issued for the payment. In order to be placed on the bidders’ list, potential bidders who intend to download this solicitation and purchase a CD-ROM must inform the points of contact Delores Peterson or Patricia Taylor in writing by mail, email or fax on 202-708-6838 of their company’s name, contact person, address, telephone, email address and fax number.
