- The purpose of this amendment is to answer a question posed regarding the panel assemblies. These panels are interior sound dampening panels. They are installed on the interior of the HH-60J aircraft. No other information is available. The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it provide drawings or specifications for any of these items. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-MAY-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
