Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision to Purchase and erect a metal building at the USDA, ARS, Rice Research Unit, Beaumont, Texas. The work includes, but is not limited to the purchase and erection of a 96FT by 25FT by 16FT high metal building on existing slab. Install four 14FT by 12FT roll up overhead doors with weather-stripping. Install two standard metal personnel entry doors with weather-stripping. Building shall be fully guttered with down spouts. Roof shall be R panel 26 gage galvalume. Wall shall be R panel 26 gage metal painted tan with blue trim. The contractor will provide all materials, labor, and cleanup to provide a professional job. To request plans and specifications, mail, email or fax your request on company letterhead and to the address and phone numbers listed in this announcement. Plans and specifications may also be picked up in person at the same address. All requests must reference RFQ # 30-7MN1-2006 and contact persons name listed below. Estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000. The period of performance is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The anticipated RFQ issue date is May 23, 2006, with opening date approximately 30 days later.
