- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This procurement is set for full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611, and the small business size standard is $6,000,000. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase contract to cover 80 business days during the period of 5 Jun 06 - 30 Sep 06, to include two (2) eight-week option periods, for the following CLINs IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the five attached Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs): Line Item Description POP/Qty Unit Price Ext.
