Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, incidental engineering, and management required to perform the inspections, testing, maintenance, repair and component replacement as required to maintain 76 hoists at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. Work includes the performance of service work, preventive maintenance of equipment, routine annual inspections and tests, and other services as described within the Statement of Work, (SOW). This will be a Firm-Fixed price contract. Period of performance will be a 12 month basic period and four one year options. The anticipated start date is 1 October 2006. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code for this solicitation is 333923, 500 employees. The solicitation will be issued electronically on a date yet to be determined on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fedbizops.gov; paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all solicitation documents. NOTE: All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for contract award. Registration may take up to three weeks to complete, so we recommend immediate attention to ensure eligibility. For registration, go to http://www.ccr.gov and follow the instructions. A Pre-prosal Conference/Site Visit may be scheduled at a future date in the 56th Contracting Squadron office conference room.
