Description: We intend to award a sole source contract to DRS Technologies in Gaithersburg, MD for a dual channel V/UHF VME tuner DRS model SI-9136A and a phase coherent option with VME interface. Market research has shown that the capabilities of this unit are not available in any other equipment and those capabilities are required in our study of radio frequency propagation. Any company believing that they can provide equivalent equipment must submit descriptive literature NLT 1400 MDT 19 May 2006. See Note 2 2.
